Ceremony & sound check
Processional, vows on a wireless lav, recessional. I’m set up and quiet an hour before your first guest arrives.
Cocktail hour
Low, warm, conversational. Nobody should have to raise their voice to meet your aunt.
Introductions & first dance
Names pronounced right — we practice. Your song, edited to the length you want it.
Dinner & toasts
Mics handed off, levels set, background music that doesn’t fight the room.
Parent dances & cake
The formal beats, called clearly so photographers and family aren’t scrambling.
Open floor
The part you hired me for. I read what’s working and keep it there.
Last song & send-off
Chosen by you. Sparklers, bubbles, or straight out the door.

The rest of the week I host trivia, which is where I learned to talk on a mic without being the center of attention.
